Stencil Sizing

We have quite a few standard stencil sizes and shapes, but also can custom cut your chosen stencil to specific sizing as long as the design is able to be cut in your requested size.

Our size range starts at just $6 for a small stencil of 80mm design cutout and goes up to $49 for an XXXXL 485mmSq or 475x575mm design cutout.

These are the general size guides to help you choose the correct size for your needs. The stencil cut will be made to the best maximum fit of the size ordered as exampled by the blue line in the sizing images below. Some designs have more specific cutout sizes in the drop down menu on each listing.
