Returns Policy

Returns Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

We do not refund items due to 'Change of mind' as we cut each stencil as they are ordered.

As we cut our range to order, please make sure you have the correct design and size as it is our policy not to have returns or exchanges available. We are happy to advise designs or sizes PRIOR to ordering.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or online order number and the return of the item to us.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mystencillady.com and send your item to: PO Box 2227, Redcliffe North, Queensland AU 4020
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to us, we require a trackable shipping number. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note, we do our best to get got your order to you as soon as possible. However, due to shipping delays when they may occur, we cannot guarantee the time frame of orders delivered as this is out of our control once your parcel is with our delivery service.
